→ How to frame and hang things properly
→ deciding on an overall theme, explore ideas…perhaps leading up to exhibitions later in the year

Regular workshops (I have tentatively thought, 1-4pm Wednesdays) at the Lido.
Good idea to go at least a week before to do a few hours of work to show some examples of what we’ll be getting up to (possibly nice in April?)
Midsummer in Montpellier – outdoor workshop, do we want to get a tent?
Suffolk Parade, bank holiday street fair (face painting? Workshop? Selling things? Display in moka?)
Crescent Artists’ 14-21 April, 2010 at Gardens Gallery (to be confirmed) – (in February, the Gardens Gallery is available for hire, 40/day for workshops, etc)…going to try instead to book early November exhibition…
The Crescent Art Space (lansdown walk) which we’d hoped to run exhibitions in, we’ve decided against it. This isn’t the most ideal space and the cost to get people down to here might not be as cost efficient as we’d hoped. Instead, we’ll join forces with the School in the summer exhibition and for Drawing from Life in April.
Big Draw, Oct 2010 – high street again? Or two sites?
– tueBath Road/Cheltenham Connect Tuesday evening mtgs at Beehive, summer events, how can we get involved?

Do you need a project space? Shared studio space (15ft x8ft (flexible up or down)) first floor studio space available for 2 – 4 weeks at a time. Rates negotiable.
